First,before i give my answer, i will explain what was the plan of the mission. Six Russian astronauts are going to be locked on a metal tube to experiment 500 days on a mock space station module to study how long mission to mars might afect its human crew. Volunteeres will be alowed to quit the experiment if they develop alimental or psychological stress.
The six astronauts will count with six tubes of oxigen and food, three tones of water. They will introduce several dificuties like, comunication lag. They woud be alowed to email the outside but with a deley of fourty minutes. Another dificulty is that not everyone speaks russian some of them speak russian.

Another dificulty that the crew members said that is not so important is the reletionshpi that they will get.
